Creo AI Software is an AI development studio registered in Dubai, UAE, building for global markets.
We build AI products and custom systems for problems where the data is scattered, hard to access, or in need of verification — the places off-the-shelf platforms don't reach for a given market or a given client.
We work in two formats. The first is custom development for a client's specific operating problem, from scoping through to deployment. The second is our own products, which grow out of patterns we notice across client work: when the same problem keeps showing up across clients, we turn the solution into a standalone product.
Dubai isn't just where we're registered — it's a strategic position. The city is the world's largest hub for re-export and cross-border trade, which shapes our focus on markets that remain a blind spot for solutions built for the US or EU.
Build AI products that solve real operating problems in markets larger platforms don't reach. Not demos or technology showcases, but tools people can rely on when they are making a decision.
A product that saves time but fails at the moment that matters hasn't solved the client's problem. We would rather say “in development” than ship early.
We don't compete with large platforms where they have already won the market. We look for the gaps: the regions, documents and scenarios that got left behind.
Before we build a product we need to understand the problem from the inside, as participants in the market, not just developers looking in.
Arnold holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University, California. With a strong foundation in international business management and operational oversight, he leads the strategic vision and organisational growth of Creo AI Software. His background lets the studio align complex technical AI workflows with pragmatic business goals across global markets.
Konstantin holds a Bachelor's degree from the Finance Faculty of Moscow University. Bringing deep expertise in financial management, analytical modelling and corporate strategy, he steers the operational infrastructure and financial operations at Creo AI Software. His analytical rigour keeps every custom solution and internal product built with financial sustainability and market scalability at its core.
Marat is the founder of Karapetian Private Capital, a Hong Kong-based DeFi capital management practice specialising in staking, yield farming and institutional yield strategies for clients across the GCC and Asia. At Creo AI Software he applies the same operating experience, reading risk in opaque data and building for markets that larger platforms overlook, to applied artificial intelligence.
